Announcing the 2019 Impact Grant Recipients!
Northern Colorado United for Youth is proud to announce the recipients of our 2019 Impact Grant! This grant is given to organizations in and around the Fort Collins and Northern Colorado community who work to enrich and better the lives of the next generation.
This years recipients are Teaching Tree Early Childhood Learning Center and the Center for Family Outreach!
Teaching Tree Early Childhood Learning Center provides affordable, accessible education and early learning programs for children up to 5 years old. With support from the Early Childhood Council of Larimer county, Teaching Tree utilizes the Pyramid Program to make learning fun and approachable for young children. With this grant, Teaching Tree will be able to add six new classrooms to their space and more than double their capacity for children in the community!
The Center for Family Outreach gives parents and their children the opportunity to create long-lasting, healthy, productive, and loving relationships. Regardless of the obstacles and issues a family must deal with, Center for Family Outreach has a track record of successful transitions and positive outcomes. With the NoCO United for Youth Impact Grant, Center for Family Outreach will be able to hire a full-time crisis intervention employee to supplement and sustain the requests for more mental and substance health in Larimer County.
We are thrilled to work with these two groups that are creating change, encouraging empowerment, and bettering our community!
